Four apartments on the Moselle, in the wine village of Klotten. They have been ours since 2019. We did them up, and we rent them out ourselves.

The name Moezelzicht says it all

This apartment building in Klotten has been ours since 2019. We renovated it completely, gave it a new name and had a logo made for it.

That name says exactly what it is. Every apartment looks out over the Moselle, most of them from their own balcony. Which ones are free depends on when you come.

Klotten and Cochem

We chose this building for where it stands. The view, the countryside around it and the towns nearby were reason enough for us to be here, and we want our guests to have that too.

You can find peace in the countryside, or head out into it: on foot, by bike or by motorbike. And afterwards you enjoy the wine, the food and the atmosphere in Klotten and Cochem.
